If you want to stay in Vila the next academic year, you have to renew your contract on the app VILAPP (the application form is only in Catalan and Spanish).

This option is only available if you’re studying your degree here, not if you’re doing an exchange. In that case, please contact or go to Vila’s front desk, so we can extend your contract: vila@vilauniversitaria.com 

The storage room is meant for you to leave your stuff while you’re away during the summer.

• You have to live in Vila next year.
• You can store up to 5 boxes.
• We’ll open the storage room E, in front of the voley-beach field.
• When you come to the storage room you’ll have to sign a paper that allows us to charge you 3 € from your bank account.

If you don’t feel like cleaning, you can hire this service at the reception. The cleaning will be done on June 25, 26, 27 and 28. You do not have to be there, but be sure to leave the apartment totally empty or the cleaning won’t be done.

When you leave your apartment, everything should be in good condition. This is important because economic penalties will be charged, or you may not get your deposits back if there’s something wrong in your place. So come to the reception to ask for your “preventing revision” from the 21st to the 31st of May. The maintenance team will come to your place from the 3rd to the 7th of June to check everything’s fine!

If you do not renew your accommodation contract for the next course, the deposits are returned at the beginning of October, once the checking of the consumptions of May and June and the exit checks are made.
