The admitted students can formalise the agreement from September 1st until September 7th (date of start of the agreement and date from which they can enter the flat). On the same day a deposit will be paid whose amount is equivalent to a month of rent and the direct debit for the payment of the monthly rent will be set. September will be charged between days 10 to 15. The other months will be charged between the 1st and 5th each month.
The deadline to formalise the agreement is September 7th. In the case that you have not formalised it (and have not informed us that you will arrive later), your accommodation place will be conceded to a student in waiting list and the right of refund of the deposit will be lost.
If you have not come to sign the contract because you are pending of reallocations in the UAB, contact us before September 7th and we will inform you how to proceed. If not you could lose the amount paid while reserving.
The agreement will be formalised during usual office opening hours: from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm.
