We assign the free places according to criteria which include both geographic and academic factors, among others.
We always assign and distribute places according to the preferences you share with us when you make your reservation. We will never assign you to a flat you have not requested.
You have to pay the first deposit when you make your reservation. If you ultimately do not study at the UAB, your deposit will automatically be reimbursed.

Don’t have a place in July? We open up the waiting list in August.
Even though we cannot guarantee you a place in our housing, you do have good chances of getting one! When a place becomes vacant, we’ll get in touch with you.
