REQUEST FOR RESERVATION

You can request reservations by filling out the flat application form and indicating your arrival and departure dates.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

– If you pay via a UAB payment order AD, the Vila Universitària must have the original or a photocopy 15 days prior to your arrival date. In this case, the reservation must be processed directly by the department.

– People who have made a reservation for more than three months must provide the reception desk with a Spanish bank account number where the monthly rent will be deducted. Only in this case, a 170-euro payment must be made upon arrival along with another payment equal to one month’s rent for the flat as a deposit, which will be reimbursed at the end of the stay once the departure check has been made. No deposit is needed if you submit a deposit letter issued by the department that is handling the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Guarantee and cancellation policy: Reservations made will be guaranteed by a credit card provided by the user on the form or by a command number if the department is to be dispatched. Non-presentation at check-in or cancellation for terms (less than 48 hours), supposes automatic credit to the import credit card corresponding to two nights, as well as cancellation of the reservation. Reservations made after 7 nights will be guaranteed by a 25% discount on the total stay if paid directly. The cancellation of the reservation between 7 days and 72 hours from the date of entry, supposes a fee corresponding to 25% of the total of the stay. In case of long stays, it will not become the confirmation deposit. The cancellation of the reservation hours before the entry date supposes the cancellation of 100% of the stay.

Cancellations: For practical reasons, 48 hours will be counted from 12 h of the day before the vigil of the arrival. The flats reserved by client that do not show up the day of the arrival, will be released the following day in the morning. Cancellations made outside office hours should be sent to vila@vilauniversitaria.com.

We reserve the right to cancel reservations we consider fraudulent. Anticipated cancellations will incur a penalty of 2 nights, and must always be notified by 12 a.m. on both days.

SERT HOUSES – SHORT STAY

The minimum contract is one year and the maximum is two (no renewal option).

The assignment of the houses is based on the availability of the houses. The process consists of filling out the form and waiting for a response from the residence.
