How you can pay the rent of your accommodation
The day of your arrival at Vila Universitària you will have to sign the rental agreement and provide us with a bank account number. It will be in this account number where we will rotate monthly the rent and expenses.
If you are an international student you will have to open an account in a Spanish bank (you will have up to three working days to do it on your arrival), unless you are from one of the countries of the SEPA Zone (excepting Poland, Bulgary, and England, in this case, you can use the bank account from your country.
You will also have the possibility to pay for your entire stay in a single payment. In the case of wanting to do it through a bank transfer, you will have to process the payment sufficiently in advance so that upon your arrival it will be effective. If you would like to pay by credit or debit card, you can do it at the time of signing the contract. Please, note you won’t be able to pay your entire stay in cash.
