At Vila Universitària, we are launching a new space: Vilateca 🍽️

A new meeting point designed for much more than just eating—a gastronomic space to build community, share experiences, and make Vila an even more vibrant and welcoming place.

Vilateca was created with the aim of becoming a shared space for all residents and a key part of university life.

 

📢 Vilateca Usage Guidelines

To ensure the proper use and operation of the space, please take into account the following rules:

• Reservation
  Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If the space is available and clean, reservations can be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Reservations are handled at the offices from Monday to Thursday (working days), from 8:00 to 20:00.
• Usage Agreement
  Signing the space usage agreement is mandatory. The inventory is part of this agreement to document the available items. No prior inspection will be carried out before the activity.
• Deposit
  The person signing the agreement will be responsible for the use of the space and must provide a €100 deposit. This will be refunded starting the next working day after the reservation.
  Payment can be made via BBVA POS (pre-authorization) or in cash. Receipts will be provided for the refund process.
• Keys and Equipment
  On the day of the reservation, users will receive the Vilateca key (for the reserved time slot), along with the TV remote controls. All items must be returned after use.
• Inspection
  Security staff may carry out inspections to check the condition of the space.
• Cleaning
  The cleaning service will review the space and report any issues, damages, or necessary replacements. The deposit will be refunded once approval is given.
