☀️ Summer Storage Service 2026: information and service guidelines 📦

As the end of the academic year approaches, we would like to remind all residents that accommodation contracts end on June 30 at 12:00 PM. Before that time, all apartments must be completely vacated and keys returned 🔑.

To make the moving process easier, Vila Universitària once again offers its summer storage service for residents.

📍 Location and opening hours

The storage area will be located in Block E, in front of the volleyball court 🏐.

📅 Service dates: from June 19 to July 1
🕒 Opening hours: Monday to Sunday, from 11 AM to 2 PM and from 3 PM to 8 PM
❌ Exception: closed on Wednesday 24

👥 Who can use the storage service?

This service is exclusively available for residents who will continue living at Vila Universitària during the 2026-2027 academic year 🎓.

If a contract renewal is later cancelled, a 75€ fee will be charged when collecting the stored belongings 💸.

📝 How the service works

Before bringing boxes to the storage area, residents must first visit the Vila Universitària offices and pay the 5€ service fee (cash or card accepted 💳).

After payment, you will receive a receipt that will be required both to store and retrieve your boxes 📄.

📸 We strongly recommend taking a photo of the receipt to avoid losing it before September.

📦 Box guidelines

Each resident may store a maximum of 5 boxes.

All boxes must be:
✅ Properly closed
✅ Labelled with full name
✅ Include a contact phone number
✅ Include the apartment number where you lived this year
✅ Numbered if bringing several boxes (1/05, 2/05…)

🙏 Please arrive with everything prepared to help speed up the process for everyone.

⚠️ Boxes that are not properly identified cannot be accepted.

🚫 Items not allowed

The following items cannot be stored:

Household appliances
Furniture
Bicycles 🚲

📅 Collection in September

Stored belongings can be collected until September 30.

To collect your boxes, you must present:
📄 Your valid Vila Universitària contract
📱 The storage service receipt (digital version accepted)
