Staying at Vila this summer? ☀️

Summer 2026 extension period is now open!

Your contract ends on June 30 at 12 noon… but that doesn’t mean you have to leave right away 👀

If you have exams in July, internships, want to enjoy more summer time with your friends or simply don’t feel like packing yet, you can stay at Vila Universitària during the summer. And yes — you can extend your stay for a few days, a few weeks or even the whole summer.

How can you extend your stay?

Easy! Just come to reception in person and let us know during the extension periods.

📅 Extension dates

• From June 1 to June 5
  For closed flats with the same check-out date (remember: at least one resident must continue living in the flat).
• From June 9 to June 11
  For all other residents.

After that, you’ll need to visit the offices to sign a new contract and pay for the full stay. Only the August payment will be charged later, if applicable.

Only staying a few extra days?

That’s possible too 🙌

You can extend your stay per day and per person for up to 6 nights without changing flats.
Except if you live in blocks S, T or K.

⚠️ Important notice for residents in blocks S, T and K

Due to renovation works this summer, you’ll only be able to stay in your current flat until July 1 (2 nights).

If you want to stay longer, you’ll need to move to another flat. Don’t worry — we’ll help you through the process 😊

Important: don’t wait until the last minute 💸

Prices depend on the flat type and when you request the extension. And yes… rates increase significantly after June 15.

That’s why we strongly recommend booking as early as possible.

🚪 Important reminder

If you have not left your flat by June 30 at 12 noon and you have not renewed your stay, that extra night will automatically be charged at the highest daily rate (same as bookings made after June 22).

So… either renew on time or have your suitcase ready before noon 😅
