Are you one of those who is still in the Vila? Remember if you have not suspended your contract and you have been living in Vila during these months, your contract will end on June 30th at 12 noon.
This means that, you have to leave the apartment before 12 at noon. Your place must be clean and empty, like when you check out of a hotel!
It is important to respect the time, since the maintenance and cleaning staff will start disinfecting the apartment from that time onwards and, if you are still inside, you will be charged for an extra night.
Before you go, don’t forget to stop by the front desk to:
– Bring us your Claki (cooking-oil recycling bottle), and take a clean one that you’ll have to leave in your kitchen.
– Return your apartment’s key, so we can recycle it.
– Return your mailbox’s key (there is only one key per apartment).
Organize yourself before packing: there is usually more work than we think and it is not worth risking doing it at the last minute and end up being late and paying for the extra night…
