Our virtual leasing Office reception!
Xavier Armengol , as a Business Student, Vila’s leisure fellow and resident , has had an idea to built a virtual reception, known as Vila 2.0.
As many students like him, his concern as a stressed student, made him see that there are some incidences related to flat maintenance, mates’ coexistence, that probably sometimes are not well notified to the leasing office due to the efforts needed to be done in order to come walking to the leasing office.
So, he had the idea to built a website which allows to report all kinds of incidences commonly reported by students, in order to make our students life much easier.

The website will allow students to report all kinds of problems, always being necessary to be registered with a simple register form:
Every single incidence will be send to Vila’s leasing office, like if you would have come to the office (like old fashioned way). Super, right?
Join the programe
As all new features, we also will start our fully functional beta program. In order to see opportunities and threats that will help us improve our costumer service. Xavier, also will be in charge to assess data, in order to detect problems, patterns and improve responses times. We would truly appreciate to formalize your registration as soon as possible, since our window will be open until the 15th of December. We will send you an e-mail during this days that will allow you to register formally.
Since it’s still a fully functional beta toolkit, we have decided to not include this website with our already existing set of tools available for the students.
As expected, if everything goes well, we’ll soon integrate this amazing functionality to our website directly.
