A new academic course starts, find here relevant information to get installed.

It’s at least your second year in Vila Universitaria, and you signed your contract for the 2017-2018 course in Vila in May, so you just have to come and pick up your key. From the 1st to the 8th of September (included), head for the tent that you will find right in front of the reception. From the 12th of September, please contact the reception directly.
Remember to bring your identity card in order to have it.
Reception opening hours:
Monday to Friday:
From 8 in the morning to 8 in the afternoon.
During the weekends no contracts will be signed nor keys delivered, except on September 3 and 4, which will open from 9 to 18 hours.
On Monday 11 September we will also be closed since it is the Catalan Diada.
Storage Room:
In order to pick up your boxes you must bring the document we gave you when you left them.

From 1 to 12 September, included on the weekend of September 3 and 4, not the 9, 10, 11 weekend:
– From 11 a.m. to 11.45 p.m. storage room D
– From 12 a.m. to 12.45 p.m. the storage room F
– From 6pm to 6:45 p.m. storage room D
– From 19 to 19,45h storage room F

IMPORTANT:
- If you were one of the students who left their things in Vila2, please schedule day and time in the tent, while it is installed, and then in reception.
- Everything that remains in the storage room after October 15th will be donated to social actions, so do not get lost!
Club Activities Residents:
This September we have activities prepared for each day, we hope you join us and start to meet new students.
At your arrival we will give you a diptych with the generic information but we will detail it through the web and social networks.
