Summer contracts, storage room and cleaning out
June is about to play … We start to feel the summer smells, to feel the altered blood, the desire of beach, of terrace, and also a little (or a lot) of stress with the end of the course … And maybe , Bundled up as you go, you have not yet thought that it is also time to plan a little bit the emptying of the apartment in Vila Universitaria.
Things to be clear: At 12.00h on June 30 the contract ends and with it, the life of your key. Yes. On June 30th at 12:00 the key will stop working.
Hence several decisions are derived:
Do you have recoveries? Do you need to extend your contract for any other reason? No problem! You can extend it for days, for fortnights, all the month of July or all summer.
When:
If you want to keep your place from June 1 to June 13, 2017. From June 14 to June 21, 2017, you can extend your stay in Vila but not in your apartment, unless a companion or partner has extended Previously in the first period and there are places. If you come after June 21, the rate will have a penalty, and the same 30 June even more, so get organized in time!
Who can not renew on its apartment:
Due to the work we do in the modules you will not be able to renew in your apartment if this is your type of floor and you can extend all July but not August if you live in block H.

Hours:
From Monday to Thursday, non-public holidays:
From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 6.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.
Friday:
10 to 12 hours
Special service:
June 29th and 30th
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Room F, ground floor building F (only enabled when storage room 1 is full)
From July 1st to July 14th
If you need it, first inform us to open it.

From 11.00 to 12.00 p.m.
From 5.00 to 6.00 pm

However, if you leave early and need to leave your boxes come to reception in the afternoon and ask if we can open it.
Exit Cleaning
And the last decision is, will you clean the apartment or hire the final cleaning? If you do not want to pay it, start to do a little clean, because surely there is more work to do than you think …: p
