If it is not your first year in Vila, you can come whenever you want from the 1st of September onwards. If you are a first year student… this is important !
Due to this Covid-situation we are in, this year you have to respect the day we have assigned you to come and sign the contract for the apartment and settle in Vila.
We have everything super organized to make your arrival as easy as possible, and also the safest.

Tuesday 1st September, come if you live in building: A – G – L – P – Y
Wednesday, September 2, come if you live in building: E – H – M – N
Thursday, September 3, come if you live in building: B – X – T
Friday, September 4, come if you live in building: F – K
Saturday, September 5, come if you live in building: D – S
Sunday, September 6, come if you live in building: C – R – V
For example, if you live in F208, you have to come on September 4th because your apartment is in building F.
